I have lost a few kilos, on this new diet. Don’t know
whether it’ll stay off though. Viral’s gone viral in my house. My son caught it
first passed it on to my hubby who passed it on to me. So I now have a frog in
my throat. Old friends suddenly surfaced this week, cheers to social networking
sites.
